I’m not sure this outcome would actually deter real Joker, but works fine as this fear gas construct. Real!Joker would probably be newly intrigued by our Crack Crusader…

If I remember correctly that actually was one of Snowflame’s super powers.
In the comic he states that cocaine makes him immune to pain. Which is total bullshit in real life, but I wonder if that is a “real” Snowflame power.
